We had a good crowd - forty of us turned out this month. Being this month's host, I had little opportunity to take "candids" so there aren't as many photos as usual.

Actually, he tells us there's to be a special meeting in November, at Luthier's Mercantile in Healdsburg. L.M.I. is having a big clearance sale, so I'm sure we'll have record attendance!

Michael Lewis was the major attraction this time, with a fine presentation on the design and carving of arch top guitars and mandolins:

It's set up for special 1/4 step intervals between the nut and the seventh fret.
