It's quite a compliment one luthier can pay to another by ordering a personal guitar. Jeff Traugott is a prominent guitar builder in Santa Cruz who was so impressed with guitars by Ted Megas that he ordered one for himself. It's a 17-inch non cutaway traditional model, with simple appointments. Check out the wood Ted used on this baby - fancy maple, clear spruce, rosewood binding, and ebony fittings.
