Tim's Saddle Pal
Here's and elegant little device from Gryphon's Tim Chambers. It's a neat little holder for flat sanding saddles.
Tim chucked a 1/2" Forstner bit in the drill press and made a nice little recess in a 1/4" thick piece of acrylic:
Just plop it on top of a saddle, and you have a great little handle:
It's very easy to grip, and works perfectly, even if the saddle rattles around in there!
He also made a short one for nuts:
It's the simple tools that really do the job!
